What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Operating front-end loaders, dozers, and other heavy equipment
🔹 Assisting with the installation of water, sanitary, storm, and other underground utilities
🔹 Installing manholes, catch basins, and shoring systems
🔹 Conducting equipment inspections and routine maintenance
🔹 Working alongside a great team to complete projects safely and efficiently
🔹 Taking pride in quality workmanship and keeping job sites running smoothly
What We're Looking For
✅ 5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
✅ Experience with loaders, dozers, excavators, and backhoes
✅ Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
✅ Commitment to safety and attention to detail
✅ Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to read and work from project plans and specifications
